At 7 pm the Legion auxiliary meets Mrs. G M Haley 400 Howell St for a picnic supper. Friday at 1 pm Betsy Ruth Bolling hosts a lunch for bride elect Nancy Cauble at 405 Steele St. At 1 pm Edna Earle Ferree, soon to wed Errol Duke, is honored at a luncheon by Mrs. D F Foust and Miss Gloria Foust at 606 Woodrow Ave. At 2 pm the Emerywood Duplicate Club meets at the country club for weekly bridge.
YWCA events list a 3 30 p m picnic at Blair Park City Lake with members and children then a 6 p m husband gathering for a family outing. Jolly Y Club meets at Asia Restaurant for 7 15 p m dinner and business. Live Y ers assemble at YWCA 7 15 to visit Dr Zimmerman for an ice cream party. Beginners Golf Class at Blair Park 10 00 a m and another Golf Class at 5 00 p m.
