Officer Escapes Injury In Wreck At Woodrow and Forest
Detective Dan M. Kelly, off duty, escaped serious injury in a two car crash at Woodrow Avenue and Forest Street Sunday afternoon. Kenneth Wayne Spencer, 18, of Saunders Place, ran a stop sign and hit Kelly, driving his car into a tree and a house. Spencer, injured lightly, faces a stop sign violation. Damages totaled 800 dollars.
