Two Killed As Truck Hits Car In Salisbury
A tractor trailer crashed into a car in Salisbury North Carolina killing two Pennsylvanians from Harbor Creek and injuring four others. The dead are Mrs. William J. Niece 39 and Norman Carl Niece 4. The driver James Brooks Harviey 45 of Wadley Georgia was charged with two counts of manslaughter. The injured include William J. Niece 38 treated for fractured ribs and shock and two children in critical condition. The Niece family stayed at a Cabarrus County motor court overnight.
