Credit Women Win District Awards at Alabama Convention
High Point Credit Women's Breakfast Club earned two first place honors at the district convention in Alabama for bulletin and educational projects. Mrs Emily Fallenstein Mrs Stella Palmer and Mrs Canelia Haley accepted the awards. A silver bowl for the bulletin was awarded for the first time and will be engraved with the club name and date, remaining with the High Point club for one year. The trophy was presented by Mrs Helen Shirley. Mrs Myron Yokley and Miss Ruth Fitch spoke on the new language adopted by bureaus and members during yesterday's meeting.
