Winter Clothes To Rest Through Summer
Mary Em Lee of State College advises careful packing to protect winter woolens and leather goods from moths and mildew. Clean and inspect garments, remove lint, ventilate the home on cool nights, and use controlled heat or a small electric lamp to dry closets. Dry cleaning kills moths, but store items in tight, labeled storage and separate a dedicated winter closet if possible.
