More Than Half University Students Now In Residence
The 12th annual National University Extension Association meets in Chapel Hill as North Carolina notes that over half its university students live outside the local town. Data show 2,600 extension students and 1,800 correspondence enrollees with 8,000 total year enrollment. Extension classes reach 538 communities statewide.
