The ANPA marks its 60th anniversary with a four day session and AP conducts its gathering Monday. luncheon seats exceed 600 with Secretary of Commerce Daniel C. Roper slated as speaker. Directors will be elected to replace expiring terms and to fill spots for small city papers. The associate membership question for the AP, dropped last year, is on the agenda again.
