Freeman is appointed as Local HPT and DRR Agent at the High Point Thomasville and Denton Railroad succeeding the late S O Schaub HPTE DRE for a 30 year term. From 1908 to 1925 he served with Seaboard Norfolk and Southern and Southern Railways. He remains Claim Agent for the railroad.
