A cold front moved through North Carolina with cooler air arriving late week. By Thursday highs drop into the 60s to low 70s with overnight lows in the 30s to 40s. The extended outlook for Friday to Sunday shows fair, mild conditions with coastal highs in the 80s and inland in the 70s.
