York Backers Rally To Elect Chairman In NC

Duncan of endorsing a Democrat for judge and say a leader who supports Democrats cannot reliably lead the Republican Party in North Carolina. A statement from Rufus F. Ruth asserts endorsing a Democrat undermines party leadership and urges loyal Republicans to demand a nonembarrassing chairman.
