State Educators Split Over Draft Test System
Charlotte April 11 North and South Carolina educators divide over the plan to defer college students deemed superior in intellect. Hershey, would use a special test from Educational Testing Service to defer those scoring 70 or higher, with higher thresholds for graduate school hopefuls, and deferment also tied to class standing.
