The association denounces what it calls harassment and notes four prior suits by Person and their press notices. The report cites six year attorney fees totaling about 28569 dollars and business volume around 73000000 dollars with Chicago lawyer Aaron Sapiro not involved for three years.

Rocky Mount April 12. Dr J P Whitehead prominent physician died suddenly last night in a New York hospital where he had gone for treatment. Remains will be brought to Rocky Mount tonight for funeral services from the Whitehead home tomorrow at 4 o clock.
