A 400 pound safe containing about $40 000 in jewelry was discovered stolen when cleaning crews arrived at Iveys in the SouthPark Shopping Center early Monday. Police said no burglar alarms sounded and watchmen saw no one. Thieves rolled the safe on a hand truck to a rear loading dock after breaking out a plate glass window.
