It limits exemptions for single family homes after 1969 and outlines enforcement by federal agencies or the attorney general with damages up to 1000 dollars. It also criminalizes interference with protected activities and rioting incitement and teaches weapons use. It includes an Indian Bill of Rights allowing tribes to choose state jurisdiction.
