Plants are in High Point Dayton Memphis and Atlanta. For the quarter ended Dec 31 1964 net income was 44213 versus 21330 in 1963. Fiscal year 1964 net income 227992 up from 127446 in 1963 and 179337 in 1962. President Edgar Snider of High Point hailed the listing as a milestone.

United Airlines Orders 144 Jets Largest Ever Purchase
United Air Lines placed the week’s biggest aircraft order in history at 144 jets, potentially 750 million dollars if options are exercised, with Boeing taking the majority share and Douglas the rest.
