Man Pierced by Bridge Railing Is Released
A Michigan man who survived a 138 foot bridge railing impalement is released from hospital. Bruce E. Wixon, 4, of Barryton, was injured when his car struck a guard rail on March 27. The rusted rail pierced the car and the body before exiting. he recovers after treatment at Community Hospital. Revival services begin tomorrow at Spring Hill Methodist Church with Rev. C. E. Ridge preaching at 7 p.m.

Missionary Pageant to Feature World Missions in Utah
In Farmington Utah Paul Thompson stopped to ask directions while his wife and two children slept in a camper. She awoke thinking he signaled her as he shone a flashlight into the camper. Thompson returned for his wife and will watch a missionary pageant at 7 30 p m tomorrow in the auditorium of Central Alliance Church.

Missionary Crusaders to Perform at Central Alliance Pageant
The Missionary Crusaders directed by Rev. John F. Taylor, many sons and daughters of missionaries, will present vocal and instrumental solos and dialogues in colorful native costumes. Some acts will be in foreign languages with on the spot interpretation. The Crusaders are tied to Nyack College, the oldest Bible college in America, serving 11,000 alumni across 42 countries in 35 denominations. Arrangements for High Point were by Rev. J. E. Nelson, pastor of Central Alliance.

The West Side Church of Christ has called the Rev. Alfred E. Sims as minister. Born in Louisa Virginia he holds degrees from Virginia Christian College and Bethany College. He has served multiple churches across Pennsylvania Virginia Florida Georgia Kentucky and West Virginia and taught at Atlanta Christian College. Married in 1933 to Grace Firebaugh they have four children. He retired from active ministry in 1957 and has since aided in establishing new churches.

Gore Publishing to merge Sun with Sun Sentinel
The Gore Publishing Co. will merge the weekly Pompano Beach Sun into a new morning paper the Sun Sentinel starting April 18 serving North Broward and South Palm Beach. President T. T.
