Roy Clyde Propst Sr aged 55 textile mill executive and president of Kannapolis Publishing Co publishers of the Kannapolis Daily Independent died last night at a hospital. Funeral at 3 p m tomorrow at Propst home with interment in Oakwood Cemetery Concord. Propst with Cannon Mills over 30 years and was superintendent of bleaching and finishing. Former business manager of Kannapolis Baseball Club. Survived by widow and three children.
