Born in Santiago Cuba on June 6 1890 she lived in the United States 12 years with six years in High Point. Survived by daughter Angela R. Charles Hofmann 76 of Hillside Trailer Park died Thursday at Community General Hospital after a period of declining health. Born in New York May 16 1900 he was a retired dairy farmer. Survived by wife Anna. son Charles Jack Hofmann. stepdaughter Mabel Bowen. brothers John A Hofmann and Henry Hofmann. 11 great grandchildren. Cecil McQuaigue age 65 of High Point died today at High Point Memorial Hospital after a year of declining health. He was a WWII Army veteran, security guard at Hatteras Watch Co., married to Verlon Lockamy, with family in High Point Guilford County Asheboro and Candor. Hazel Alpha Bennett, 60 of 139 W River Drive Randleman died at home after hosiery mill work. She is survived by husband Gilbert Bennett and daughter, with siblings in Asheboro Alexandria and Clarksburg. Funeral plans set at Cumby Mortuary and First Baptist Church.
