Corridor Plan Aims to Guide Guilford Growth Along U S 29
Guilford County Planning Board may review a proposal by Planning Director Perttu Virtanen to steer development along the U S 29 corridor and away from watershed zones. The plan would cluster housing on smaller lots with open spaces, shifting growth from I-40 west and I-85 east to less critical water areas.
