Charles Constine of Columbus North Carolina is held on $2000 bond to facing court charges as Gus Godfrey and Bill Cannon Marion men receive serious injuries in a Marion Columbus highway collision. Godfrey and Cannon were rushed to a hospital after the crash sent their car down a 15 foot embankment. Cannon, age 60, was the more seriously hurt and feared to die but was reported slightly improved today by hospital authorities.
