Mrs Elaska Woods Dead In North Hickory
Mrs. Elaska Woods of North Hickory died Friday afternoon about 4 o'clock at age 58. She was buried Saturday at Houck's chapel at 11 o'clock. The cause is believed cancer after months of decline. Surviving children are Azar and Houston. son Houston brought her to Salisbury for treatment. The funeral was led by Rev. J. D. Harte. She was a devout Christian and industrious worker.
