Dr Thomas v Coninger death noted in Oklahoma City
Dr Thomas P Coninger of Oklahoma City died August 21 at about 36. He was born near Hickory, studied at Lenoir College and Louisville Medical College. He is survived by two brothers in Muskogee and Oklahoma. his family in Hickory plans a burial there.

Lenoir College opens its session on Tuesday morning September 5 at 9 o clock. All students are to attend the first chapel service and be classified for immediate work. A large supply of textbooks awaits in the office. The buildings have been repaired and repainted for the opening. Stella Messenger of Johnston Pa will head the Art Department along with two new teachers, Prof K B Patterson and Prof W A Rudisill. The outlook for attendance is strong. Rev L P Propst has accepted a call to Fulton Md leaving Mt Zion St Johns and St Pauls Lutheran churches after 15 years. He remains in the same Synod the Joint Synod of Ohio.
