Milton S Hershey Grant Restrictions on Property Use
A 1900s deed from Milton S. Hershey restricts the conveyed lot to avoid offensive or industrial buildings and limit use to dwelling and approved business structures. It requires Hershey’s written permission for any change, sets minimum dwelling standards, and reserves the right to remove nonconforming structures at the owner’s cost after 30 days notice.
