Southern Dauphin farmers are urged to enter corn potatoes and poultry for the fourth annual Corn Potato and Poultry show to be held December 17 to 19 at the Hershey Implement Company store room. Nearly 5250 in premiums will be offered as the exposition aims to be bigger and better. Women may display home products in a new department, and organizers expect strong local participation with committees led by Edward Swope Christ Balsbaugh N J Basehore and other county leaders.

Hershey's fast football team traveled to Mt. Joy on Saturday and defeated the home eleven 13 to 0. County Agent R R Burtner recommends about 250 pounds of acid phosphate with cocoa hulls for faster maturity, noting acid phosphate alone boosts value.
