Pastors Hold Second Annual Conference In Convention Hall
The second annual Conference of Pastors met at Convention Hall with strong early attendance. Dr. A. J. Culler presided and speakers from Pennsylvania and Illinois discussed pastoral evangelism, teen-age care, and the pastor church relationship. Rev. Grover Wine urged long pastorates and solid financial support. Rev. H. S. Replogle was chosen to serve another three years.

Brethren Historical Society to build Peter Becker Memorial
At Convention Hall the Brethren Historical Society adopted a resolution to purchase adjoining Germantown property and erect a Peter Becker Memorial Building for the Brethren Historical Society. A seven member committee will raise funds and manage plans, with dedication planned for the 200th anniversary of Becker's arrival. Dr. Kurtz presided. Jay G. Francis spoke on History of Education in the Church of the Brethren.
