Hershey closed its Community Chautauqua season with the Cosmopolitan Orchestra led by Leon Weltman featuring Jules Osma and Percy Holmes, with a grand evening concert by Weltman and soprano Miss Ethel Harrington. The event drew large crowds and praised the orchestra, soloists, and the Junior Chautauqua activities under Miss Beamont and Miss Grace Freehotler, while the guarantors association supported the season financially and logistically.
