All Night Car Service Extends Harris pre Raiways Route
A new schedule allows all night streetcar service between Market Square and Rutherford yards of the Philadelphia and Reading Railway. Cars run from Market Square starting at 1 200 a.m. and hourly to 3 30 a.m., then resume regular service. Departures from Rutherford occur hourly from 7 a.m. to 3 a.m. The Reading Company helped make the service possible by sharing the trouble company against a loss.
