Mrs Lorena G Leithiser wife of J B Leithiser died at 10 o clock yesterday morning after months of illness. She 46 years 4 months old was active in Hershey social and charitable work and beloved by many. Funeral services will be held at the Hershey residence at 9 15 Saturday morning with interment at Charles Evans Cemetery Reading. George Karmany is the undertaker. All local social events for the week were cancelled due to her death.

Young Dairy Worker Breaks Leg After Wagon Fall Near Hershey
A 17 year old named Martin, working with his father Jacob Martin at R. J. Walton dairy near Hummels town, fractured his right leg above the ankle when a fork from the milk team caused him to fall at the Hershey Chocolate Company station. He was temporarily set by Dr. Hershey before being taken to Harrarberg Hospital.

Death of Ira Kohr Shocks Hershey Community
Ira Kohr of Hershey dies after an automobile accident on Beaver School Hill. Coroner Eckinger reports Kohr, 32, was a longtime Hershey employee and special chauffeur for M. Hershey. Kohr died after the overturned car pinned him. E. M. Hershey, his wife, son, and a chauffeur survived with minor injuries. Funeral held in Hershey with prominent community attendance. Annual Meeting of Y W C A Finds its Good Work Growing
The annual meeting of the Young Women's Christian Association was held January 25 in the reading room. President Mrs. M. L. Hershey presided as reports praised progress and club records. Officers elected: president Mrs. M. L. Hershey, vice president Miss Mary Leeb, treasurer Miss Anna Mowery, secretary Miss Bertha Moyer. Spring sewing and cooking classes began February 1 with many enrollments. Junior gym classes split into two sections preparing for a drills contest in April. Volunteers urged for junior sewing classes. second term started Thursday with about 30 enrolled. Lessons cost 1.50 for twelve sessions.
