Women’s YWCA Meeting Plans Hershey Community Work
An Our Little Town report notes a well attended Hershey YWCA planning meeting held Monday evening at the Inn. Mrs M L Hershey presided with Miss Esther Hummel as pianist. State Industrial Secretary Miss Mary Johns Hopper from Philadelphia spoke on the YWCA’s value locally and the need for external help and internal drive to build a permanent organization. Miss Mabel C Jones of Harrisburg also addressed the gathering.
