Condition of Child Improves After Accidental Shooting
Ids Fiore, aged one, daughter of Mr and Mrs Ralph Fiore in Hershey, is reported slightly better though still critical after being accidentally shot by her three year old brother. The child was at home from Harrisburg Hospital where she had been treated after the incident, which occurred while her father, Hershey special officer, was away rounding up pan handlers. He left his revolver on the chiffonier and the boy climbed to grab it, firing the bullet into the child’s jaw and neck. The bullet then passed through and entered her left lung.
