Easter display in Hershey greenhouses attracts hundreds
The Hershey private grounds hosted an Easter display with three houses. West house showcased fancy leaf border plants and a large edible Japanese cucumber vine, orange tree, and more. Middle house held tropical plants and a fern bank. East house featured carnations Easter lilies and over 2,000 geraniums for beds outside. The Park residence housed a Japanese garden with a majolica lantern, bay trees, boxwood trees, and oleander in bloom. A special invitation encouraged public viewings, highlighting pyramid displays and extensive beauty plants.

School Directors Meet to Hear Building Plans and Bids
The McKinley building in town hosted a township school meeting last Thursday evening. directors heard a committee report on plans and bids from Ulrich Weltmer and B E Engle for a new building proposition. A further meeting is planned for April 26 to decide on steps toward improving welfare for boys and girls of school age.
