Legislature pressed to pass school code and roads plan
Harrisburg reports indicate the house advanced the voluminous 908 school code with over 100 amendments and is expected to pass after similar senate speed. A roads program with a $50 million bond is favored, along with a reform of tax and revenue measures and a medical education licensure bureau to balance all factions.
