The program will be held monday evening october 26, Between the Houi s of 7 30 and 9. The additional facilities for both the Junior College and the High school Are gifts of the m. S. Hershey foundation to the Community and will enable the schools to adequately meet the needs of the students. Junior College labs the Hershey Junior College facilities have been expanded to include the fifth floor of the Community building and on this floor have been located a biology Laboratory and a chemistry Laboratory. The biology Laboratory accommodates Twenty four students and provides extra work space storage and office space. The chemistry Laboratory will also accommodate Twenty four students and has facilities for general chemist in a qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Storage and preparation rooms Are also provided. Iri previous years Quot the Junior College shared the science facilities at Hershey High school. The new facilities will enable scheduling to be done in the College laboratories throughout the Day As Well As allowing opportunities for students to do make up work and for the staff to do research. The physics Laboratory is now located in the room formerly occupied by the biology department on the second floor of the Junior College. In previous years Junior College physics classes had utilized the science Laboratory of the High schools vocational division. to the Junior College laboratories May use the elevator at the West end of the Community building. Members of the Junior College staff and student body will be on hand to Greet visitors. High school facilities the addition to the her Shey High school was during the past twelve months and is located directly above the Auto body shop and the bus garage. In the new unit Are seven rooms equipped with the latest facilities. The chorus room is semicircular in Structure and is and seating of students. It is built to accommodate 110 students at one time. Adjacent to the chorus room is a storage room for the uniforms used by various musical organizations of Hershey High school. The instrumental room is also tiered in Structure and is designed to accommodate an 80-piece band. An office is provided for the music department.
