Decorators and plant electricians at the Hershey Chocolate Corporation complete a festive exterior show. The display uses 1,950 ten-watt lamps plus five red roof candles with 50-watt floods, totaling over 20,500 watts. A fifteen-foot tree tops the building, erected by a team of riggers, with fluorescent panels and decorative stars forming the rest of the arrangement.

Hershey banquet to honor Trojans with Peck McKnight speaker
Regis A. Peck McKnight returns to Hershey Friday for the Hershey Volunteer Fire Company Marching Club football banquet honoring the Hershey High gridiron squad. McKnight, Hershey coach 1942–46 with three South Penn titles, now coaches basketball and baseball at Indiana State Teachers College and serves as football assistant.

Christmas Club checks totaling 204204.50 were mailed to 1985 Hershey area members this year, up from 187658.50 in 1955. The number of accounts rose slightly to 1985 from 1950, while the total payout climbed by 16546. The 1957 club starts December 3, with funds earmarked for Christmas purchases and some saved as nest eggs or for mortgages and insurance.
