Mothers March on Polio Planned in Hershey Area
A Friday night Mothers March on Polio will kick off the campaign for the March of Dimes in Derry Township. Veter ans of Foreign Wars and its Ladies Auxiliary organize with Boy Scouts distributing reminders while locals contribute to the drive led by Larry Wallace with supporters Hetrick Heagy Schmehl and Mrs Smiths. Over 100 coin boxes placed in Hershey and nearby businesses and planned collections at the Hershey Community Theater aim to surpass last year’s $1400+ total.
