The Messiah Inspires Hershey Ministerium Concert
The Hershey Ministerium sponsored The Messiah at Milton Hershey School Auditorium last Sunday afternoon to a near full house of about 1500. Paul G. Fisher directed the hour and forty five minute program with 200 local musicians, organ preludes, a carol sing, and Handel’s Christmas section performed by chorus, orchestra and soloists including Janet Rader and Dolores Peck.

More than 200000 people toured the Hershey Chocolate Corporation plant in the past year, an all time high. The August Dutch Days event drew 61101 visitors, with 1959 totals climbing to 205982, well above 1958's 189832.
