Attorney sues Humane Society over euthanized kittens
Local attorney Norman Dean files suit against the Humane Society alleging fraud after his wife Hope Dean brought six six week old kittens to the shelter and returned minutes later to find them euthanized. Shelter staff say a signed relinquishment and posted notices allow euthanasia when space and adoption demand it. The case questions consent and handling of the kittens amid claims of misrepresentation.
