County seeks offers for land behind City Hall
New Braunfels County commissioners seek six lots behind City Hall for long range planning. Only one sale set: Henry F Hanz at 59,000 dollars for 150 East Bridge Street. Other options include William Lassig offering an option on 180 East Bridge Street for 119,000 dollars. Negotiations continue on two Fast Mill Street lots and an East Bridge Street lot. Moeller at 157 East Mill is paused due to illness. If talks fail, the county may condemn. Ongoing wage rulings affect overtime rules for government workers per a recent San Antonio bus drivers case.
