Western U S Mortgage funds New Braunfels office project
Western U S Mortgage Corp closed a 12.6 million loan package for an Executive Banc Plaza office building in New Braunfels. The five story, 84 600 square foot project on Old MecQueeney Road near I 35 will be 50 percent pre leased with anchor tenants including Executive Banc Savings Association and a local law firm. Guido Brothers Construction is the contractor and Buck and Associates the architects. completion is expected by March 1, 1986.
