Man sentenced for killing landlord over $10 late fee
A 43 year old man with a history of mental illness was sentenced to 20 years in prison for murdering his landlord Warren Neal Young during an argument over a $10 late rent fee. Johnny Lea pleaded guilty to murder in the 2003 beating after being deemed competent by state mental hospital doctors.
