Teens held in video shows tots smoking marijuana
A 16-year-old is in custody at Tarrant County juvenile authorities after authorities say he videotaped two young children taught to smoke marijuana. Two other teens, Demetris McCoy and Vanswan Porty, face two felony counts of injury to a child. The incident occurred in Watauga Fort Worth area. The mother, Shatorria McCoy, was not arrested.
