Judge allows Medi-Share Christian health plan to operate
A Kentucky judge ruled Medi-Share is not insurance and may continue operating, serving nearly 20,000 churchgoers nationwide. The plan, based in Florida, is a biblically inspired cost sharing program that excludes non Christians and restricts pre existing conditions.
