Elizabeth McAllister Holland died January 19 2007 after a long illness. Born December 27 1924 in Dade County Florida she trained as a nurse in Morristown New Jersey. She married Army officer Herbert S Holland Jr in Ithaca New York and lived across the United States and Germany before settling in Duncan Oklahoma New Braunfels Texas and finally The Towers in San Antonio. Survived by her husband ten children thirty grandchildren five great grandchildren two brothers and many spouses. A private rosary will be held January 23 followed by a memorial Mass January 24 at St Anthony de Padua and interment Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
