Ray King killer in prison escape rattled East Tennessee hills

Lutz Overcomes Adversity After Amputations

Oliver Lutz of Manitowoc lost both legs at the knees due to circulation problems and retired from Earth Malting Co in January 1974. He now runs a basement sharpening business from a wheelchair and built a chair lift and ramps to stay active despite daily pain and disability.
