A five vehicle pileup on US Highway 14 a half mile south of Cleveland Wisconsin around 4 50 p m tied to slick road conditions left four people injured Two Rivers woman and her 16 year old daughter were treated at Memorial Hospital Manitowoc Others included Verona Stolzmann Cleveland and Kenneth Koegler Maumee Ohio The Prust car collided with an oncoming pickup then with Stolzmann vehicles and a separate Manitowoc driver lost control near the Manitowoc Rapids bridge with Debra Avery among the injured.

Snowmobile Crash Breaks Leg Of Manitowoc Teen
A Wednesday night collision on Sunset Drive in Manitowoc Rapids left 16 year old Joseph A. Karbon with a broken left leg. He and another rider, John M. Lang, 16, of Manitowoc, were eastbound when the crash occurred. Karbon suffered a nose laceration and was advised to see a doctor before ambulance transport to Holy Family Hospital in Manitowoc.
