A Tuesday morning explosion aimed at Henry dam failed to breach the structure. Residents report a tremor as water surged over the dam wall and debris scattered along the canal. Investigators note a long fuse fragment, estimate 100 pounds of dynamite, and suspect professional actors seeking to disrupt navigation.
