Mayor limits roller skating in Henry business district
The mayor's order bans skating between Front street and alleys between Third and Richard streets on Edward street and East Park Row, and on Second and Third streets between Main and School. Skaters must slow for pedestrians and yield half the sidewalk. skating ends at 9 30 p m unless conditions are met. The fate of continuing skating rests with the skaters' conduct.
