Henry City Council Advances Street and Land Deals 1916
Henry Illinois council enacts several ordinances for Third Street sidewalks curbs and gutters with construction by contract and general taxation. It also approves purchase of sand and gravel bed lands from Farling and Hein inger for street and public works and passes resolutions for public lighting along Second North Thomas Jackson Chestnut and North Robert streets.
