Arbitration settles two land right of way disputes
Settlement by arbitration occurred Wednesday between UC W. Dysart and the M and N railroad company with H W Biedenfeld and the same company. In the Dysart case the arbitrators fixed damages at 1600 dollars after a 2000 dollar claim and a disputed appraisal. In the Biedenfeld case the creek was confined to the right of way and 825 paid. the final damage estimate was adjusted accordingly.
