W C T U Elects Clara Waughop To Lead Local Unit
The regular meeting of the W C T U was held at Mrs John Reinbeck home with Miss Rose Reinbeck and Mrs Arno Reinbeck as hostesses. Miss Clara B Waughop accepted the presidency after Miss Elise L Helper resigned. Members reviewed 1919 progress and outlined plans for the coming year amid readings, songs, and skits.
